Reiki Sessions

Reiki is a gentle and vibrational healing therapy, that helps us return to balance on every level- physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It involves the light laying on of hands while the client is fully clothed.   During a Reiki session clients notice the breath becomes slower and more comfortable and their imbued with a feeling of deep relaxation.  Some clients feel a warm tingling session or gentle waves of pulsation throughout the body, while others do not feel anything in particular except relaxed and a sense of enhanced well-being.

Reduces stress, improves sleep and digestion. Reiki supports our well-being and strengthens our own natural healing processes by encouraging balance. The practice is safe and non-invasive, and can be a wonderful complement, to any conventional or complementary treatment.

Reiki Training with Lori

Lori offers three levels of Reiki Training- Levels 1, 2, and 3 are based on a practitioner’s attunement and include practice and learning to use Reiki in various ways.Reiki training sessions are held over a three-day period of time creating a retreat like setting for the students.  The retreat aspect of the training is very healing, and students go home with a skill for life.  Lori splits the 12 hours into four-hour sessions scheduled over the weekend or evenings. This gives students time between sessions to practice at home.  Four attunements are given separately, with as much time between them as possible.  The attunements and practice are the heart of Reiki training.  Lori’s goal as a Reiki Master is to help students create a lifelong practice.

Reiki Level 1

In this class you will learn how to treat yourself and others with Reiki energy.  You will also learn the practices of grounding, centering, contemplation and intention setting, the disciplines that will help ground your Reiki practice.  We will also discuss between practice sessions your impressions, sensations and experiences.

Cost: $150

Reiki Level 2

This class is open to anyone who has been attuned to Reiki Level 1 and with 100 days of self-practice.  You will receive three Reiki symbols and be given their traditional meaning and applications.  The symbols allow you to send Reiki through space and time expanding your practice.  As a group we will practice sending energy and share our impressions with one another to help develop our Reiki language.

Reiki Master Practitioner

The Reiki Master Practitioner course is for students interested deepening their Reiki practice,  giving and receiving Reiki as a Master, but are not interested teaching others how to do Reiki.  In three monthly three-hour sessions students will receive the Master attunement and symbols, learn how to use the symbols and plenty of hands-on practice.  You will also practice grounding, centering, contemplation and intention setting to further hone your skills as a Reiki Master Practitioner.

Reiki Master Teacher

The Reiki Master Teacher course is for those interested teaching others how to do Reiki. In addition to the course work provided in RMP class students will have a six-month training (three hours per month) learning how to attune student (in all three levels), monthly practice with your peers, and assisting Lori in Levels 1 & 2. This will help refine both your presentation and practice conscience listening. Lori will also mentor RMPT’s in business building strategies including defining your perfect client, Your Reiki Story (aka bio), Mission Statement and Elevator Speech.
