Lori Guth Moffett, a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master since 2004, is known for the attention she pays to each client’s individual needs.  In her private yoga practice Lori integrates restorative yoga, aromatherapy, Reiki and meditation. She works with a variety of clients from beginning yoga students to those with HIV to students going through cancer treatment to and those interested slowing down and doing less.

In 2010 Lori completed the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program in New York City, founded by Donna Karan.  She entered this ground-breaking program with the desire to bring integrative yoga therapy into the health-care system as a support to a patient’s wellness and healing process. Urban Zen Integrative Yoga Therapy uses the modalities of yoga, aromatherapy, Reiki and meditation to ease symptoms associated with illness and its treatment, specifically pain, nausea, insomnia, and constipation and exhaustion.  Lori received her 200- and 500-hour yoga certification from Yoga on High.

Her 12 years of business experience includes her work in the beauty industry, first with Aveda and later in a number of venues, where Lori learned the value of great customer service. She also honed her skills creating strategic marketing plans, financial planning, and building a brand to sustain a business over time.

Lori lives in Clintonville with her husband Jay and their dog, Lily Roo.  In her spare time Lori enjoys shopping at the Clintonville Farmer’s market, volunteering with the Women’s Fund of Central Ohio, traveling, meeting new people and spending time in nature.
