Meet Lori

Through paying attention to the ever changing contents of the present moment, we align our minds with what is occurring right now.”

~ Will Johnson, certified Rolfer and director
of the Institute for Embodiment Training.

  • What I do: In my practice I combine gentle yoga movement, restorative yoga, Reiki, aromatherapy, breath practices and body scan meditation helping the body release physical tension from daily stress while soothing the mind.
  • Why I teach: I believe we naturally are peaceful, loving and compassionate beings. I love sharing the joy and vitality that yoga can bring. It means so much to see students thriving both on and off the mat.
  • Why I practice:  I practice the restorative arts to nourish, strengthen and balance my body on multiple levels so I can be comfortable in my own skin. Each time I practice I feel more clear, awake, calm and peaceful.  My practice empowers me, and helps me understand why I am here and what is important to me.  I am forever grateful.
  • Inspirations: Silence, nature and a really good belly laugh.
